The module enables calculation and reporting of monetary expense of leave taken and built up leave entitlement liabilities.
Easy HRM’s System Security capabilities enable complete control over information access rights, with field level granularity and read /write permission selections. The system enables an unlimited number of concurrent users and the security settings are designed to enable role based profile creations. Each user’s access to data, functionality, queries, and reporting capabilities is managed by their individual security settings.
The Employee Self-Service Portal extends the value of Easy HRM from your HR back office to the front lines of your workforce. The portal enables your employees to access the data and functionality of Easy HRM needed to do their job via a web browser. The screens are simplified for ease of use by general employee population and, of course, security rights are limited to just the information and functionality appropriate for that specific employee.
