ZILLIONe proudly announced its first acquisition of Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP customer; Asian Group as a result of its recent partnership with Microsoft Dynamics broadening the horizons of ZILLIONe Portfolio.   The implementation of this solution was started last March and was completed in April the project only took One month and 5 days for the solution to be deployed at the client site; the team was headed by Mr. Jehan Jayawardena who has more 10 years of experience in implementing this solution.

ZILLIONe Software releases version 2.00 of time & attendance solution

Recently the new version of ZILLIONe TAS was released and it was developed using .NET 2005 & SQL server 2005 which provides the client a higher level of flexibility expected by modern business to efficiency handle their competitive business operations.

ZILLIONe Software (the software development arm of ZILLIONe) launched its first version of the TAS system last year with a SQL platform with special features ranging from Midnight cross overs and flexible working hours to prior and post authorization of OT and leave. This is an advantage that will be appreciated by companies who need to keep a tab of post-dated cheques they receive, to ensure they are banked on time and receipts are dispatched on schedule.  The new module lists post dated cheques to be banked according to their realization dates and automatically sets off invoices or receipts on the date of realization. The module also maintains a detailed track of customer accounts  including total outstanding, receipts not submitted and invoices settled by post dated cheques with relevant comments. 

Another great facility offered by this new module, is that the customer’s system will generate deposit slips along with relevant branch and bank code details eliminating the need to fill deposit slips manually.

ZILLIONe PAYPAC Deployed at 23 sites

ZILLIONe has successfully completed the deployment of the ZILLIONe PAYPAC Enterprise Edition with SQL technology solution at 23 sites of the Ceylon Electricity board across the island. this project was completed with in just one year from the initiation in 2007.   

The PAYPAC V 3.0 version enhances payroll management because it has HR features that make workforce management simpler. The comprehensive payroll management facilitates maintaining personal files online, extensive loan management, paperless banking, bullet-proof security and customizable reports and has successfully re-defined the payroll function in corporate business.

A project kick off arranged for the first Ms Dynamics NAV sale for ZILLIONe  - Asian Group of Companies, this event was held on the 18th February 2008 at the Salon rose, Hotel Galadari.  This session covered the stages of how the project will be completed.
